Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. CST and are shipped within 3-5 business days.  We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Shipping times are dependent upon availability.  If we cannot ship your order within the above time frame, we will contact you.

Sales tax is automatically applied to your order and to freight charges in accordance with individual state regulations.

Damaged or Defective Items

Our suppliers take great care when packaging all of our handcrafted items and do everything they can to ensure that your package will arrive at your home safely. This often requires extra packing materials and a careful consideration of the number of items in each box, adding to the overall expense of shipping. 

If your package does arrive damaged, of if your products are defective, please notify us via email immediately and keep all of the original packing materials. Damaged and defective items need to be shipped back within 10 days of receipt.

Please keep in mind that almost all of our items are handmade by professional artisans, and not mass produced in a factory.  Minor flaws and inconsistencies in pattern and color occur naturally in items produced by hand..

Don’t Love It Like You Thought You Would?

It happens!  You may return undamaged items within 10 days of receipt in their original packaging for a partial refund or store credit.  Please email us for details and instructions. Customer is responsible for shipping and insuring all items returned for reasons other than product defect or breakage during shipment.  Please be advised that we also charge a restock fee of 10%. You can avoid this fee if you choose to receive store credit in place of a refund.  

We suggest to our clients that, before they purchase an entire collection of dinnerware, they consider purchasing one item from that collection first...perhaps a serving piece or a coffee mug...something that they know they will love and use, no matter what, before investing in the entire collection.  

Please remember that all items must be returned in their original packing material.

Out of Stock Items

Occasionally, we will have an item that is out of stock.  Our pieces are handmade and imported from overseas; therefore, items sometime become unavailable for a short period of time.

If this happens, we will contact you. You have the option of waiting on the item or removing it from your order.
